II) CONFIDENTIALITY Each user of our reporting service is invited to provide valid and complete personal contact details in order to be recontacted if their item(s) is/are found. All users are invited to notify us by e-mail of any changes in their personal details. The publisher of this website undertakes to keep this information confidential. This data will be used for internal management purposes. Under no circumstances will it be made available or transferred to third parties, except in the event of litigation and/or legal obligations. Each user has the right to access, rectify, delete and object to data concerning him or her. Each user acknowledges that the objets-trouves.fr website is an independent site and that it is neither a partner nor associated with one or more services of the French administration, nor with police headquarters, nor with railway stations, nor with airports, nor with police or gendarmerie services. Each user acknowledges that the objets-trouves.fr website does not manage the collection of lost and found in public and/or private places. Each user acknowledges that by filling in the lost and found report form, there is no guarantee that he/she will find his/her lost and found(ies). Each user acknowledges that he/she is the author of the report and undertakes not to defame or deliberately divulge false information. Each user agrees that the service will be carried out as quickly as possible after completing and validating all stages of the form. Each user waives his or her right of withdrawal concerning this service, which is fully executed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose execution has begun after his or her prior agreement. V) SERVICE SUPPLY The user undertakes to fill in all the requested fields accurately. In the event of incorrect information in any of the fields, the editor cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of providing the service. Users may, if they wish, report the loss of one or more items on the objets-trouves.fr platform solely via an online form. Reports submitted by any other means (e.g. e-mail, post, telephone, etc.) will not be processed. The value-added tax (VAT) percentage applied is 20%. The amount due for the services provided is payable in advance by credit card via our partner stripe.com The amount of the service fee is accessible and visible to the user at the time of registration. The total amount to be paid by the user is 12,00€ (twelve euros) indicated in euros with all taxes included (VAT) on the day of the report. Once the requested information has been entered and verified by the user, he/she is asked to validate his/her report by clicking on the “Validate and finalize my report” button. This takes the user to the confirmation page, which acknowledges receipt of the report. The time taken to process reports varies according to the time at which the report is sent and the number of reports received on the day in question. The members of the platform team undertake to do everything in their power to ensure that reports are processed as quickly as possible. Should the editor become aware of a specific event preventing or delaying the processing of the user’s report, he undertakes to notify the user as soon as possible at the e-mail address provided at the time of reporting. The user acknowledges that the services offered are personalized services. The user confirms that his report can be processed and distributed as quickly as possible and that searches can begin immediately after finalizing the submission of this form. VI) RIGHT OF CANCELLATION The user expressly waives his right of cancellation so that the service can begin before the end of the legal cancellation period. In accordance with article L 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the user acting as a consumer benefits in principle from a right of cancellation of fourteen (14) days from the conclusion of the contract.
